WIP Wednesday

I made my goal and then some for spinning this past week. I managed to get all 4 ounces spun up and was quite pleased with myself. 10 Minutes a Day has really helped me get my spinning mojo back. My goal for this week is to get this plied and start a new batch of fiber.

This is what is going on the wheel next.... it's a superwash Corriedale in the Savannah Sweetie colorway. I have never spun superwash Corriedale before and I look forward to giving this a try.

I finished up square #2 but didn't get #3 started like I had planned. So that will be my goal again this week.

I made my goal of getting to the heel of the seed stitch socks and even got the heel flap of both socks completed. For this week I hope to get the gusset decreases completed on both socks.

I have been working on a few other things I can't post about right now. This is a peek of one of them....

And here is the other...

I have been dragging my feet on the first one and really need to finish it up and that is another goal for this week.

Happy Knitting!

Setting goals seems to be working for you. Maybe I should try it. As always your stuff is really pretty.

You get so much accomplished in a week. I am amazed. Everything looks great but I love the secret stripes you are working on.

Pretty, pretty stuff Karen. I especially like the two bobbins at the top. Very pretty!

Your handspun is beautiful! I need to incorporate the "10 minutes a day" philosophy into my spinning. I think I'll start today!
